Welcome to RH Boutique Hotel Aruba

Our goal is to provide every guest with a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable stay. By confirming your reservation and staying at RH Boutique Hotel Aruba, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate:

Flexible Reservations

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the full reservation amount, including applicable taxes.

Reservations of 7 Nights or More

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged the full reservation amount, including taxes.

Non-Refundable Reservations
Reservations booked through our website, promotional offers, or special discount codes are 100% non-refundable and are charged immediately at the time of booking.

Once a guest has checked in and occupied the room, no refunds or partial refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

RH Boutique Hotel Aruba is not responsible for weather conditions, flight changes, personal emergencies, or travel interruptions.

2. Guarantee Deposit

The credit card used to secure the reservation serves as a guarantee for your stay.

Any outstanding balance, damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or charges incurred at RH Boutique Hotel Aruba or RH Coffee & Tea may be charged to the registered card within 36 hours after check-out. Guests will be notified before any applicable charge.

Special conditions may apply for Aruba residents.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In

• From 3:00 PM
• Guests must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid government-issued photo ID (passport or identification) is required.
• A valid credit card registered under the guest's name must be presented, even when payment is made by cash or voucher.

Early Check-In

Subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Complimentary luggage storage is available while you wait.

Check-Out

• Before 11:00 AM
• Check-out must be completed at Reception.

Late Check-Out

Available upon request and subject to availability.

• Until 5:00 PM: US$50
• After 5:00 PM: One additional night's rate will apply.

Guests remaining in the room without authorization will be charged US$50 per additional hour.

Lost Keys:

• Room Key: US$25
• Garage Remote/Key: US$100

4. Registered Guests & Visitors

Our facilities are reserved exclusively for registered guests.

Visitors are permitted only with prior authorization from Reception or Management and must comply with property regulations.

Failure to comply with occupancy policies may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

5. Additional Guest Fees

Each accommodation has a maximum occupancy.

Additional adult guests are subject to a fee of US$20 per person, per night, plus applicable taxes, up to the room's maximum occupancy.

Guests exceeding maximum occupancy must reserve an additional room, subject to availability.

6. Housekeeping

Housekeeping service is provided on:

• Monday
• Wednesday
• Friday
• Saturday

Service hours:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Towels are replaced upon request.
• Bed linens are changed every three days for stays of four nights or longer.
• Kitchen cleaning is available upon request for US$25.
• Please display the Do Not Disturb sign if service is not required.

Excessive cleaning after departure may incur an additional US$25 fee.

7. Property Care

Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation in good condition.

Damaged, stained, missing, or excessively soiled items—including linens, towels, furniture, mattresses, kitchenware, or room equipment—may result in replacement or cleaning charges.

White bath towels may not be taken to the beach.

8. Safety Policy

For the safety of all guests:

• Candles, incense, fireworks, hazardous materials, and flammable items are prohibited.
• Minimum penalty for violations: US$200.

RH Boutique Hotel Aruba is not liable for accidents or injuries occurring on the property.

9. Lost & Found

Items found after departure will be securely stored for up to 14 days (excluding perishable items).

Return shipping costs are the guest's responsibility.

10. Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted.

Certified Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are accepted in accordance with applicable policies and documentation requirements.

11. Smoke-Free Property

RH Boutique Hotel Aruba is a 100% smoke-free property.

Smoking is permitted only in the designated BBQ area.

Smoking anywhere else on the property will result in a US$500 cleaning fee.

The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.

12. Swimming Pool Rules

Pool Hours:
8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

For everyone's safety:

• Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult.
• No lifeguard on duty.
• No food, beverages, glass containers, coolers, speakers, or smoking inside or around the pool.
• Guests use the pool at their own risk.

13. House Rules

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere that defines RH Boutique Hotel Aruba, guests are kindly asked to:

• Respect quiet hours and fellow guests.
• No parties or disruptive behavior.
• Treat staff and guests with courtesy and respect.
• Supervise children at all times.
• Use water and electricity responsibly.
• Turn off air conditioning when leaving the room.
• Do not hang clothing or towels from balconies or common areas.
• Do not flush paper products or sanitary items down the toilet.
• Pool towels are provided through our towel exchange system.
• BBQ facilities require advance reservation.
• One vehicle is permitted per reserved apartment.
• Security cameras operate throughout the property for everyone's protection.

Violations of these policies may result in additional charges, immediate termination of the stay, and removal from the property without refund.

14. Liability

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.

RH Boutique Hotel Aruba, Acropolis Real Estate N.V., and Management are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of money, jewelry, valuables, or personal property.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Aruba.

By completing your reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, and you consent to the processing of your personal information for reservation and operational purposes.
