TERMS AND CONDITIONS By registering at RH Hotel Boutique, you agree to comply with our policies for a safe and pleasant stay. 1. SECURITY DEPOSIT The credit card used for the reservation guarantees your stay and will be charged for damages, additional charges, or outstanding balances at RH Hotel Boutique and RH Coffee & Tea. The guest will be notified before any charge is made within 36 hours after departure. 2. RESERVATION POLICIES - Cancellation: Subject to the terms of the booking platform used. - No Show: 100% of the stay will be charged. - Check-in: From 3:00 pm. A valid ID and credit card are required. - Early Check-in: Subject to availability. - Check-out: Until 11:00 am. - Late Check-out: Subject to availability. A $50 USD penalty per additional hour without prior agreement. After 3:00 pm, an extra night will be charged. - Registered Guests: Only registered guests may remain on the property. Unregistered visitors require approval from reception and must leave before 10:00 pm. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund. RH Hotel Boutique is not responsible for incidents involving unregistered persons. - Additional Persons: Exceeding the allowed occupancy will result in the immediate removal of the additional person and possible penalties for the registered guest. 3. ROOM AND SERVICE POLICIES - Cleaning: Included for stays of 4+ nights. Linen is changed every 3 days. - Towels and Bedding: Improper use will incur additional charges ($40-$50 USD depending on damage). - Hazardous Items: The use of candles, incense, or flammable materials is prohibited ($200 USD penalty). - Damages or Losses: Costs will be charged to the guest's credit card based on estimated damages. - Lost Items: Kept for 14 days. Return costs are the guest's responsibility. 4. OTHER POLICIES AND GENERAL RULES - Pets: Only emotional support animals with a certified ID are allowed. - Smoking: Allowed exclusively in the BBQ area. Smoking in any other area incurs a $500 USD fine. The use of illegal substances will result in immediate eviction without refund. - Pool: Open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. The use of glassware or bottles is restricted in this area. - Conduct Rules: 1. Parties, loud games, and disruptive behavior are subject to a $200 USD fine after a warning. Repeated violations result in immediate eviction. 2. Any violent or disrespectful behavior will lead to police intervention and eviction. 3. Common areas must be used appropriately, and water and electricity consumption should be rational. 4. Disposing of sanitary products in the toilet results in plumbing charges to the guest. 5. Only one vehicle per reserved room is allowed. 6. Security cameras operate throughout the property. 7. Local authorities may inspect the room without prior notice. 8. Front Desk assistance available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. From 6:00 pm to 8:00 am, assistance is available via WhatsApp. Security is available for emergencies. This contract is governed by the laws of Aruba. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in immediate termination of the contract and eviction without refund.
